Jason Kohlmeyer, who primarily runs K|H Law’s Family Law division has extensive experience helping individuals and families with a variety of family law issues. From divorce to custody and spousal support, our attorneys have spoken both nationally and internationally on a variety of family law topics.
Minnesota criminal defense attorney Thomas Hagen heads the firm’s criminal defense department. Mr. Hagen has extensive experience representing people in all types of criminal cases including: criminal sexual assault, fifth-degree assault, drug crimes, and first-degree murder. Tom has been named a “Rising Star” by Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine and Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2012. Tom helps individuals defend against serious criminal charges, including DWI, drug crimes, sex crimes, driver’s license issues and appeals.
